Wireless devices
Web receiver (  remote control over internet )
Web receiver is a module that contains the web server and a wireless transmitter/receiver in the ISM Band. It allows to control the wireless devices that communicate with web receiver. The web receiver can operate stanalone and doesn't need any additional PC. Web receiver has its IP address and user can connect to it via the internet. It allows to send data in both directions.  Communication with the web receiver is via web page.

How web receiver works
Web receiver modes :
Web receiver is connected to +5 V power supply and also to the internet.

It can works in 2 ways :
Mode 1 : web receiver waiting for command from remote user. User sends command to receiver over internet and receiver sends command wirelessly to the device. This is suitable for remote controls.
Mode 2 : web receiver waiting for data from wireless device. When data arrive from the device, web receiver displays data in web site. This is suitable for remote measurement.

Communication with web receiver
Communication with wireless devices.
Web receiver can communicate with the RF voltmeter or RF thermometer which are on this page. It is possible that in the future additional modules will be added. Sending range of the web receiver depends on the power output and the antenna. Here is used a simple wire antenna. Power output is 10 dB/m which is more than by similar devices.
Communication with user over internet.
Web receiver has its own IP address and user can easily register it for the dynamic DNS server eg. www.dyndns.com, www.no-ip.com and so forth. This makes it possible to connect even when it is in the local LAN. Web site then gets the name in form yoursite.dyndns.com.
Web receiver allows the use of an inner MD5 authentication. It is based on TCP/IP stack from Microchip. Its advantage is that it is easily modifiable.
